  • This image was taken two days before Adventurer Steven Fossett's plane wreckage was found not far from this lake. Mt. Banner & Ritter Area.
  • Bridalveil Creek in Yosemite National Park, CA overflowing with snow melt-off. The banks are overrun and water reaches the visitor parking lot. Spring of 2006
  • This little fishing boat was in the harbor in Muros, Spain. The "Celtic" region of Spain.
  • This image of Ice Plant and Seaside Daisy was taken in Cambria, California. The setting sun's last rays skimmed the ocean cliffs just at the most perfect angle. The Seaside Daisy was showing the world its daily glow. Cambria is on the central cost of California: http://bit.ly/uXJmH3
  • Trash found on the Road Side of Scott Road. Chair was faced perfect to view the setting sun!
  • I photographed this at the end of work one day. ( I was a manger at a Ski Resort). The snowcat (terrain grooming tractor) was working on the runs for the next day's visitors while a cloud rested on this mountain top!

  • This image taken between highway 88 (Carson Pass) and Round Top peak near lake Winnemucca in the El Dorado National Forest, CA. The picture was taken mid summer the flowers are crimson columbine and corn lily.
  • This collection of Domesticated Flora was photographed in the Amalfi Coast, Italy in 2002.
  • This image was shot in Mammoth, CA. A group of Model T Fords stopped overnight at the same hotel I was at and I managed to get them in this parking garage.
  • This is a piece of Yosemite Valley's Walls- I think it came off El Capitan. Many visitors overlook the beauty of the boulders but these are the truly wise old men of the Yosemite Valley!
  • This image was taken in the Autumn of 2004- grass lake area along highway 89, Luther Pass, CA
  • This image of mules ear was taken on a backpacking trip in Desolation Wilderness. Because it was taken in low light and hand held there is not one aspect that is in focus which makes this feel more like a painting when enlarged. This is one of my top sellers.
  • This is just an isolated part of a whole scene on the Arch de Triumph in Paris, France.
  • This Cottonwood Tree stands at the water's edge of Folsom Lake. In 2011 the Sierra Nevada saw record late snow a lot of which comes down the American River and empties into Folsom Lake. http://1.usa.gov/tekBKE
  • Michigan Bar in Spring along Highway 16 on the outskirts of Rancho Murieta, CA.

  • This Juniper Tree is located in a place only the Hope Valley Locals know about. It is easily the largest and oldest Juniper tree in the Valley if not around Lake Tahoe.
  • Fall Time on the Merced River in Yosemite Valley, CA.
  • This is an image of cherry blossoms from a Nanking Cherry Tree. The trees are across the street from Folsom High School. In the spring the whole medium of Iron Point Drive (1/4 mile) has these trees in full bloom and all lined perfectly up the hill! Here it is on Google- just not as pretty!: http://g.co/maps/gwd27
  • Photo from the campsite at Agnew Pass of the largest of Clark Lakes in the Ansel Adams Wilderness, CA. Calm Fall Evening sets in.
  • Folsom's Rainbow Bridge. The sun was setting behind the camera and the color is the reflection from the sunset's colors.
  • This image was taken at the end of Christmas Valley, South Lake Tahoe CA. Autumn was in full swing with winter's chill in the air. This image is impressive on Giclee/Canvas.
  • Carmel by the Sea- Taken on Highway 1, CA on July 4, 2009. This image shows construction on the adjacent cliff walls of this bay along with a great sense of setting in this ocean town.
  • This image was taken on a back-country trip into Ansel Adams Wilderness- just outside of Mammoth, CA.
  • This Image was taken at Gray Lodge Wildlife Area. The winter fog was light, letting a little of the blue sky show. The green of this fruit tree popped out to me, amidst all the other drab colors of the day. Gray Lodge is a great place to view wildlife.   • As a photographer my opinion about sunsets... they are a dime a dozen. I'd much rather watch one and be in the moment than shoot it. Everyone takes pictures of sunsets- what other photo can most everyone take and get stunning colors? But I broke down on this one because well... The colors are not to over the top- I still have shadow detail and it was Maui....
  • This image was taken in Hoover Wilderness outside of Bridgeport, CA. Most photographers would have shot the whole monolith (Slide Mountain elev. 11084) I wanted this one to be different by seeing the summit's reflection in the foreground instead.
  • These trees at the base of El Capitan in Yosemite National Park stand out with help of the perfect sun angle this time of year.

  • Tamales Bay, CA water & tides work this sand daily creating patterns that shine and sunset.
  • This well fed coyote and his family of 20 would hang out around my neighborhood in South Lake Tahoe, CA and watch the domestic dogs and their food bowls all year round.
  • This image was taken at Montana De Oro State Beach outside of San Luis Obispo, CA on a February evening- the light that afternoon was perfect!
  • Pronounced "Mice and Mules" This image of Mules Ear Plant was taken on Ridge above Meiss Meadow/Lakes looking south near Carson Pass Highway 88 CA when the wildflowers were in full bloom.
  • Random Flower in Folsom, CA
  • Fall in Hope Valley CA this aspen grove stands about 300 yards from Highway 88. This image was taken in 2005 when Hope Valley had one of the most colorful autumn's in years.
  • This image was taken in August in an aspen grove north of Big Meadow near highway 89 and South Lake Tahoe. The windless day proved to be deceiving. Just as the shutter opened & closed a tiny bit of wind picked up creating a motion blur on some of the rear willow like plants- gave the image some life!

  • This image taken in Sandpoint Idaho. This is an abandoned silo that sits near the heart of the town. It was not until this image was made into a large print that it was realized the big dipper constellation is in the sky to the left of the main structure!!
